What is a Customer account adjustment?A Customer account adjustment provides information about any adjustments we have made over and above deducting our normal fees.
What is a Supplier claim?A Supplier Claim occurs when we have a shortfall between what we have paid you and what we have received from your customer.
What events trigger an adjustment?Adjustments can occur whenever your customer uses a credit note or debit note to settle their account, or if there are any changes or cancellations of invoices we’ve prepaid.
Why do adjustments happen? We prepay your invoice as early as possible, however your customer will keep it open for amendment/dispute until it is approved according to their internal processes which can result in a shortfall.
What do you need to do if you owe us money? If you invoice this customer frequently, then nothing. Otherwise you may wish to settle the amount manually to avoid possible interest charges.
When do you charge interest on Supplier claims?Immediately following a grace period except when the claim is caused by a cancelled or amended invoice.
What is the Associated documents reference number? This is the reference your customer provides to us. Contact our customer service if you need more detailed information.
What if InstantPay does not authorise early payment? You will be paid according to the standard timings agreed with your customer.
How does InstantPay work?Continue to send in your invoices as per today, and our algorithms decide if we can pay you early.
What companies are eligible for InstantPay?Most companies can receive InstantPay payments, but only where offered by your customer.
What happens if your customer pays late? There are no extra charges for you when your customer is late paying us.
What is the impact on your credit score? This is not a credit product, so there is none unless you owe us money.
Will InstantPay change the relationship between you and your customer? No. We have a separate relationship with them already.
Do all of your invoices have to be prepaid?Every invoice for your supplier will be evaluated and may be automatically prepaid. So, yes.
